Saturday, March 2nd
7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
This year, Draconis will have not just one, but two games of Murder/Live! So, what is Murder/Live? It’s a live-action role playing game (LARP) of murder investigation (hence the name…) where the players must solve a mystery.
Both games will occur at the same time, Saturday March 2nd, from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Registration will take place on Warhorn, as with all other games. Unlike the LARPs last year, this event requires a specific number of players and cannot run unless it fills up.
Murder #1: God is Dead!
While visiting one of His thousands of other worlds, someone (who?!?) snuck into the Heavenly Labs and locked Him out. In his absence, four Archangels and five Demon Princes vy for control of the Earth.
This game is set in the world of In Nomine Satanis and Magna Veritas, combined under these exceptional circumstances to determine what happened to God and to decide who should take over His position. The game requires exactly nine players to take the roles of the four Archangels and five Demon Princes. For more information, join the group Murder Dieu est Mort! au Festival Draconis 2019.
Murder #2: Drunk in the Depths
Professor Heuvelmans, renowned cryptozoologist, thought to celebrate New Year’s Eve 1925 with a search for the Loch Ness Monster in a submarine. Sadly, he never saw 1926, as his decapitated body was recovered by the submarine crew after he left the vessel to search for the creature.
This Lovecraftian game requires eight players, who will play the roles of the eight submarine crew members as they try to solve the mystery of Prof. Heuvelmans’s death. However, it’s a race against time, as sinister forces are still about!
